by Don Zolidis

Trapped against their will in a dystopian future, a group of teens must battle against emotionally sensitive guards, limited budgets, and the trigger-happy Gamemaster to be proclaimed the winner. When the odds are this absurdly bleak, it seems certain that only the main character will make it out alive — but first the contestants must decide who the main character is. A great spoof on reality TV and popular young adult fiction.

Big Bad

by Alec Strum

The most notorious criminal in the fairy-tale world, the Big Bad Wolf, is being slapped with a class-action lawsuit by countless quirky characters.  Now, the two greatest legal minds in the Enchanted Forest — the Evil Stepmother and the Fairy Godmother will clash in a trial that will be remembered forever after.  As Little Red Riding Hood, her Grandmother, the Three Little Pigs and the Shepherd in charge of the Boy Who Cried Wolf testify, the Wolf seems deserving of all that’s coming.  Was the Wolf born a criminal, or made one?  What will the verdict be?  Only the jury can decide.

Based on the hit film and featuring a catchy, swinging score by the composer of The Muppet Movie, Bugsy Malone JR. is good, clean, comedic fun! Two gangs in a fictitious city populated only by children are in a rivalry of Capone-ian standards. Dandy Dan’s gang has gotten the upper hand since acquiring the “splurge” gun. Bugsy Malone, a one-time boxer, is thrust into the limelight when he becomes the last chance Fat Sam’s gang has of surviving. All Bugsy really wants to do is spend time with his new love…but that just isn’t in the cards for our hero. You will get messy…you may get REALLY messy!

When Carla wants to run away from home, she tries to get a job with the mysterious Professor Pinecone and his traveling magical marionette puppet show.  She quickly discovers, however, that the position comes with all kinds of strings attached.  Once she feels the magical jolt in Professor Pinecone’s handshake, she begins the audition of her life.  In this musical play-within-a-play, Carla becomes Pinocchio and improvises her way through the story, meeting a cricket with an attitude, the devious fox and cat, and the sassy Blues Fairy.  With fun dialogue, a variety of modern music and a surprise ending, audiences of all ages will enjoy this new twist on an old favorite.
