Workshop Registration Information

Registration begins Tuesday, November 1, 2011.
Please click here to download a registration form.

There is a deposit of $150 per workshop.
The balance of the workshop fee is due by March 1, 2012.
Refunds are given until March 1, 2012.

Print out and mail completed registration form with deposit to:

Your registration in the workshop will be confirmed by email.
