After-School Arts. Classes begin September 14, 2009 and continue through May 14,  2010.  Teaching artists teach in the art rooms of our local elementary schools once a week. Each school session consists of classes that are 1 hour and  divided by ages: Kindergarten through 2nd grades and 3rd through 5th grades.  Classes are scheduled between the hours of 2:45 and 5:45 Monday through Friday. Proposal Deadline: August 1, 2009

Fall 2009 Arts Classes. DAC Kids is looking for enthusiastic teaching artists with original and uniquely creative class ideas to share with our art loving kids ages preschool through 12th grades. September through November 2009. Classes will be taught at the Durango Arts Centers teaching studios which includes The Paint Bar or The Little Studio. Proposal Deadline: August 1, 2009

Winter Holiday Arts Classes. DAC Kids is looking for enthusiastic teaching artists with original and uniquely creative class ideas to share with our art loving kids ages preschool through 12th grades that celebrate the season of Winter and the winter holidays. November and December of 2009 through January, 2010. Classes will be taught at the Durango Arts Centers teaching studios which includes The Paint Bar or The Little Studio. Proposal Deadline: October 1, 2009

Summer Arts 2010.  Be a part of our popular summer program from June 1 through August 15, 2010.  Ages preschool through 12th grades. Morning and afternoon sessions. Lots of creative scheduling possibilities.  Deadline:  March 31st., 2010

Paint Bar Workshops. This is the coolest place to teach. Come share your most outrageously creative ideas with all ages! From 1 hour to a whole day, season to season, day or night.

These proposals will be reviewed and scheduled as our programming allows.
