Adult Acting Drop-In Class

Actor, improviser and teacher Mike Largent is joining the DAC as Volunteer Acting Host. He will be hosting free drop-in acting classes on Thursdays from 5:00-7:00pm. Sessions are free! Come act, improvise, try a scene, watch and learn — whatever you’re excited about.

Mike is a local who earned his BA and MFA in acting, passed advanced improv at the Groundlings, and earned accolades for his devised theatre. Mike taught acting at Arizona State University, Fort Lewis College, and San Juan college. He’s booked acting jobs in LA, Denver, and New Mexico and is represented in LA and Denver, but loves life right here in Durango. He’s actively auditioning, working a full-time HVAC job, and climbing really hard things: specifically, wide cracks in rocks.
